JAMES H. STEINBURG
James H. Steinburg, 57, of Ogdensburg, died, July 23, 2012, at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. A graveside service will be, at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ogdensburg, Father James Shurtleff officiating on Friday, July 27 at 1:00 PM. James is survived by his wife Gayle, daughters, Jamie and husband Jeremy Kinney, Ogdensburg, Eryn and husband Nicholas Doe,Ogdensburg, Kimberlee Steinburg, Ogdensburg, Chelsea Steinburg, Ogdensburg, Nicole Steinburg , Lisbon, grandchildren, Naleigha Kinney, Cain Kinney, Kayla Bresett, Elizabeth Phillips, Seth Hough, Ethan Hough and Kaitlyn Hough, a brother, Thomas Steinburg, Henrietta, sisters, Elizabeth and husband Henry Boyer, Massena, Donna and husband Robert Newby, Marion, Sheila and husband Struan Lemke, Liverpool, Rita and husband Roger Buffet, Newark, Christine Steinburg, Fairhaven, several nieces and nephews. A sister Joan Brenno predeceased him. He was born on October 14, 1954 in Ogdensburg, the son of James and Mae Mooney Steinburg. He graduated from Marion High School. He married Gayle Crowley on October 1, 1977 at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Ogdensburg. James was a car mechanic at Bill’s Tire Center in Ogdensburg. He loved being outdoors, walking in the Adirondack Mountains, boating and antique cars.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the family. I have so many special memories of being up at camp with the family. God bless you all.
